Shopping Areas
The main shopping area in the center is formed by two parallel streets: Sierpes and Tetuán, and our school is right in the middle of both of them.

Here you can find the most popular clothes and shoe stores in Seville, both for men and women, also bookshops, jewelry stores and souvenir stores. Some of the shops are: Zara, Mango, H&M, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, or Pull and Bear.

This shopping area extends to the streets next to Sierpes and Tetuán, like Plaza Nueva with higher end boutiques like Vitorio y Lucchino, Loewe, Purificación García, Carolina Herrera or Max Mara among others.

You may also want to pass by the Plaza del Duque, where you can find El Corte Inglés , a major department store that has everything you can think of: from clothes to books, CDs, and a travel agency....

In Seville it is also common to go to shopping malls, where besides the above listed stores, there are bars, restaurants and movie theatres. The closest ones are:

- Nervión Plaza: Luis de Morales Ave. (Area: Nervión).

- Plaza de Armas: Torneo St. (In front of the Plaza de Armas bus station).
Supermarkets

- El Corte Inglés: The branch at Plaza de la Magdalena has a large supermarket on the basement, and it is only about five minutes away from school. It´s probably the supermarket with the most variety but its a bit more expensive than the others.

- Mercadona: On the basement floor of the Plaza de Armas mall. Its price-quality ratio is unbeatable

- Supersol: In the Plaza de La Alfalfa MAS : On the Cuesta del Rosario, next to Plaza del Salvador, 100 meters from school

- MAS: On the Cuesta del Rosario, next to Plaza del Salvador, 100 meters from school.

Markets

Unlike supermarkets, which are pretty much alike all over Europe, the local markets are more popular and picturesque:

- Feria: This market is on Feria street, in the Macarena, close to the Alameda.

- Triana: The newest market, with air conditioning, which makes buying in the summertime much more comfortable. It's at the end of the Triana bridge on the right, if you are coming from the center.

- Arenal: On Pastor y Landero Street, near the bullring. Inside you can also find a MAS supermarket.

- Puerta de la Carne: Also called the Mercado de Abastos, it is found on Juan de Mata Carriazo Street, five minutes walk from Puerta de la Carne. It isn't very pretty, but it still has the ceiling from the old San Bernardo train station.

Traditional Shops

If you are looking for a typical Spanish souvenir to bring back to your family or friends, in Seville you can find many tourist shops. If you are looking for something specific, you can ask at reception and we will help you find it. Here are some ideas that you might find useful:

- Ceramics: The best place to buy Spanish tiles or artisan plates is Alfarería Street in Triana. You can also find some places in the Santa Cruz neighborhood and other tourist areas, but they will be more expensive.

- Accessories and souvenirs: On Alcaicería St. (next to the Alfalfa) most stores sell curious accessories and souvenirs.

- Other interesting streets: Córdoba street is known for its shoe shops, where 90% of the stores sell shoes.
